We only collect the information you choose to send us through our enquiry or quote forms, by WhatsApp, by email or by telephone. This may include your name, telephone number, email address, vehicle registration, vehicle details, any photographs you send and the details of your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, book work, carry out the work and provide aftercare. We may keep basic job records for our business and accounting requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We only share it where it is necessary to complete your job — for example with a product manufacturer or monitoring provider when registering a tracking system — or where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed for the work, aftercare and our legal or accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Third-party services

Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and our forms can open WhatsApp or your email app. Those services have their own privacy policies.
